Return and refund policy

We want you to be happy with your AIRLINE POPS™ order. Because our products are consumable food items, our return policy is a little different from other products.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to contact us about a problem with your items.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used food products. We are only able to accept returns of unopened packs in their original packaging.

We will usually offer a replacement or refund in these situations:

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a quality issue with the product

To start a return or request a refund, please email us at info@airlinepops.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or defective)

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package, or confirm your refund or replacement. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your items are damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away. We will review the issue and work to make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non returnable items

Because AIRLINE POPS are a food product, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened packs or any product where the seal is broken

  • Partially used items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please email us before sending anything back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different flavor or product, the simplest way is:

  1. Contact us about your original order.

  2. If a return is approved, we will process your refund once we receive and inspect the items (if a return is required).

  3. You can then place a new order for the product you want.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

To be eligible, your items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

You will also need proof of purchase. Please email info@airlinepops.com to cancel or return an EU order and we will give you the next steps.

Refunds

We will email you once we have received and inspected your return (if a return is required) and let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post the refund to your account.
