We are a small family business and we really appreciate every order. We do our best to get your AIRLINE POPS™ to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping methods
All orders are shipped with UPS.
Please select a UPS shipping option at checkout.
Processing time
We typically pack and ship all orders within 3 working days.
During busy times of year, such as holidays, it may take a little longer for us to process and ship your order. We appreciate your patience and support while we work through higher order volumes.
Shipping rates and free shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the UPS service you choose.
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $30 (before tax and after discounts).

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. You can use this to follow your order and see its estimated delivery date.
Delays and lost packages
Occasionally, delays can happen that are outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or high seasonal volume.
If your tracking information shows a delay, please allow a few extra days. If your package appears lost or has not updated for several days, contact UPS first with your tracking number, then email us at info@airlinepops.com and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect shipping information
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice a mistake, contact us at info@airlinepops.com as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order ships.
